The purpose of The 6-4-3 Foundation Day of Service is to:

• respond to community needs which allows us to fulfill our vision of creating a culture of philanthropy within the 6-4-3 family;
• participate in initiatives that serve to better communities in need who align with our mission; and
• teach the athletes within the 6-4-3 family about giving back to others.

The Day of Service accomplishes mission alignment by using our love of sports, teamwork and camaraderie to do good deeds.

All 2024-2025 6-4-3 baseball players and coaches are encouraged to participate. There will be projects for all ages (8 – 18). In some cases, families members will be able to participate as well.

Registration is requested so that “Philanthropic Teams” can be created. Once we have the number of players by age, we can assign the Teams to our partner organizations. In addition, we are asking for adult volunteers for set up, clean up and to be Team Captains for our athletes. Athletes (or their parents) may register using this link.

7:30 am – Set Up Volunteers Arrive

8:00 am – Team Captains Arrive

8:30 – 8:45 am – All participants gather at Aviation Sports Complex – wear your 6-4-3 jersey or an orange shirt and bring any used sports equipment you have to donate!

9:00 am SHARP – Opening remarks and instructions

9:15 – 12:15 – Participants serve in the community or complete projects on-site (specific time & duration varies with project assignment)

12:30 – Day of Service 2024 ends!
