On January 28th we are partnering with former 6-4-3, Sprayberry High School and Kennesaw State University player and current Atlanta Braves prospect Tyler Tolve, who has pulled together a roster of professional hitters, for our first Celebrity Home Run Derby – Crushin’ for a Cause! The afternoon will provide home run entertainment, autographs, a silent auction and VIP session. Advanced ticket purchases and additional information will be available in early January. This event is open to the public and proceeds benefit The 6-4-3 Foundation’s Scholarship Programs and SagerStrong Foundation’s blood cancer research initiatives.
The 6-4-3 Foundation’s mission is to enhance the lives of children and families through sports. The foundation accomplishes this goal by funding grants and scholarships to organizations and individuals for the sole purpose of providing equity in access to sports. In addition, The 6-4-3 Foundation uses a love of sports to rally each other around projects that impact the community as a whole.
SagerStrong Foundation’s mission is Giving Hope to Those Who Need It Most!
Craig and Stacy Sager started the SAGERSTRONG Foundation in the hope that, one day, leukemia patients and their families will never have to go through the battle they have endured. The SagerStrong Foundation is dedicated to Funding Blood Cancer Research and raising awareness of blood cancers. Since 2016, the foundation has raised nearly 2.5 million for ground-breaking research and programming, working tirelessly to give hope to those who need it most!
